Shipping policy

MORAGO GROUP GmbH

1. Delivery Area

MORAGO GROUP delivers to the countries available for delivery in the online store or at checkout.

2. Shipping Costs, Taxes and Import Duties

MORAGO GROUP aims to offer deliveries as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) wherever technically, legally and logistically possible.

For deliveries designated as DDP, the shipping costs, customs duties, import charges and taxes shown at checkout are included in the total price. As a general rule, the customer will not incur any additional import costs.

If DDP delivery is not available for a specific destination country or shipping method, the applicable shipping costs, taxes, customs duties and import charges will be shown at checkout or before the order is completed.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the product, production status, availability and destination country.

For products that are in stock, shipping generally takes place within 5–10 business days after receipt of full payment, unless otherwise stated for the respective product.

For Pre-Order or Early Access products, longer delivery times may apply. Any stated production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly designated as binding.

Delays in production, development, approvals, supply chains or transport may result in postponed delivery dates. MORAGO GROUP will inform the customer of any significant delays.

Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

4. Shipping Partners

Shipping is carried out through selected national and international shipping, transport and logistics partners.

The choice of shipping partner depends in particular on the destination country, product, weight, dimensions and availability.

5. Partial Deliveries

MORAGO GROUP may fulfil orders in partial deliveries where this is reasonable for the customer.

The customer will not incur any additional shipping costs as a result, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

6. Delivery and Acceptance

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process.

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery and contact details.

The customer is requested to check the delivery upon receipt for completeness and any obvious transport damage and to notify MORAGO GROUP and the shipping service provider of any such damage as soon as possible.

The customer’s statutory rights in the event of defects or transport damage are not restricted by any failure to report such damage immediately.

7. Transfer of Risk

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss of or accidental damage to the goods generally passes only upon delivery of the goods to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

For business customers, the risk passes upon handover of the goods to the shipping or transport service provider, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Pre-Order and Early Access

For Pre-Order, Early Access or limited production batches, delivery will take place following production approval, subject to availability and receipt of full payment, unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.

The order of delivery is generally determined by the date of the order or the deposit payment, unless a different sequence is objectively required.

Technical or design-related further developments to products expressly identified as still under development remain reserved within the framework of the General Terms and Conditions.
