1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal where such a right is provided for under the law applicable to the respective contract.
For consumers in the European Union, the withdrawal period is generally 14 days.
For sales contracts, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.
If several goods are delivered separately as part of a single order, the period begins upon receipt of the last item. If goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, the period begins upon receipt of the final partial shipment or the final piece.
Under Swiss law, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal for ordinary online purchases. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement:

The declaration may, in particular, be made by email.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Where required by law, we additionally provide an easily accessible online withdrawal function. This function may be used in addition to any other legally permitted means of exercising the right of withdrawal.
3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.
Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us will not be reimbursed.
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
As a general rule, we will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
4. Return of Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, to the extent permitted by law.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
5. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply where a statutory exception exists.
This applies in particular to goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
Further statutory exceptions remain unaffected.
6. Pre-Orders and Early Access
Ordering a product as a Pre-Order or Early Access product does not, by itself, exclude any statutory right of withdrawal.
However, if a product is individually manufactured according to the customer’s specifications and the statutory requirements for excluding the right of withdrawal are met, the right of withdrawal may be excluded.
Statutory rights of withdrawal remain unaffected.
